Guideline on Cancellation and Rescheduling of Courses

As of July 9, 2020, the Academic Affairs Office has an online method to complete applications for canceling, rescheduling or adding courses. This online process has enhanced the efficiency of scheduling academic courses.

Once courses have been scheduled and entered into the University course database, instructors who intend to make any course amendments should use the new online service system to complete the application. The instructor can log into the Tsinghua Portal at http://info2021.tsinghua.edu.cn/, select Apps (应用导航), and then select the appropriate app within the Tsinghua Online Service (在线服务系统) feature.

Three forms including Reschedule a Class,” Cancel a Class and Open a class are located in the category of Academic Affairs (教学培养).

Select the applicable form, complete and submit it.

Following a review by a responsible officer, the application will be forwarded to the Academic Affairs Office (Tel. 62773385) for the next level of review.

For any course that cannot be processed online, the course instructor should submit a paper form regarding the change of course schedule and it should include the signature of the instructor first Electronic copies of the course rescheduling form via email or WeChat message will NOT be accepted.
